Connie Jones is a John Maxwell-certified coach and Leader Developer and the Associate Director of Igniting Hope. Known for her radical encouragement and unwavering passion, she is devoted to empowering the Body of Christ to embrace its glorious identity and authority. With over 25 years of experience, Connie has faithfully served the Church in various roles, including youth pastor, associate pastor, senior leader, and itinerant minister. Alongside her husband Aaron, Connie travels the world, ministering and inspiring countless individuals in their faith journey.

Aaron Jones is a passionate and dynamic encourager who deeply cherishes the body of Christ. With a blend of authenticity and humor, he passionately proclaims Jesus Christ and His finished work to empower, encourage, and strengthen believers. For over 25 years, Aaron has faithfully served the church alongside his wife, Connie, in various roles including senior leaders, associate pastors, youth leaders, and itinerant ministers. As a graduate of Rhema Bible College, Aaron has been pastoring with Connie for several years in Redding, CA, bringing their combined experience and dedication to their ministry.
