I am a John Maxwell-certified coach, Leader Developer, and the Associate Director of Igniting Hope. My heart burns with a passion to see the Body of Christ fully embrace its glorious identity and walk in the authority God has given us. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of serving the Church in diverse roles—youth pastor, associate pastor, senior leader, and itinerant minister. Each season has deepened my love for building up the Church and encouraging others in their faith journey.

Together with my amazing husband Aaron, I travel the world, sharing radical encouragement and speaking life into individuals, helping them discover the fullness of who they are in Christ. There’s no greater joy than witnessing lives transformed and hope reignited.

Hi, I’m Aaron Jones, and my heart beats for encouraging and empowering the Body of Christ. With a blend of authenticity and humor, I love to passionately proclaim the finished work of Jesus Christ to strengthen and uplift believers. For over 25 years, I’ve had the honor of serving alongside my amazing wife, Connie, in various roles, including senior leader, associate pastor, youth leader, and itinerant minister.

As a graduate of Rhema Bible College, I’ve been blessed to pastor with Connie for several years in Redding, CA. Together, we bring our shared passion and dedication to the ministry, helping others grow in their identity in Christ. There’s nothing more fulfilling than witnessing lives transformed by God’s love and grace.
